1. When should I pay?

Upon completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required to be made within 7 days from date of invoice. All payments must be received prior to the event date. SPHERE Exhibits (Conference division) reserves the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.

2. Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are required to be made in full. All bank charges must be borne by the delegate.

3. Are there any discounts available?

Early bird discounts and group discounts are available, for full details please contact our Marketing Executive, Zalifah at +65 6848 6054 or email her at zalifah@sphereconferences.com

4. There are two discounts applicable for me, can I use both of them?

Discounts are not cumulative. Only one discount is applicable per registration.

5. What happens if I need to cancel?

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. However, please drop us an email to advise us the substitute delegate’s information as badges will be printed for them.

SPHERE Exhibits (Conference division) does not provide refunds nor credits for cancellations or no-shows. Invoiced amounts are payable in full upon issuance of invoices.

SPHERE Exhibits (Conference division) reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.

6. Can I send a substitute delegate?

Yes, should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Kindly notify us in writing 1 week prior to the event date.

7. How can I add myself to this mailing list?

8. How can I remove myself from this mailing list?

9. What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code at all our events is business attire.

10. When will I receive my conference materials?

Conference materials will be issued on the event day itself. Conference registration will take place in the morning of the first day of the event. Please proceed to the registration counter to sign in and collect the conference materials.

Workshop registration will take place on the first day of the workshop. Please arrive promptly.

11. Does the conference fees include meals?

The conference fees include refreshment and lunches. Refreshments and lunches will be served at regular intervals during the conference. Kindly inform us should you have any special dietary requirements.

Breakfast and evening meals are not included.

12. Is hotel accommodation and flight included in the conference fees/ticket?

The conference ticket does not include hotel accommodation and flight ticket. All travel expenses should be borne by the delegates or company.
